Rashi established Mentor Mpact in 2009 and has since established herself as one of the leaders in Education consulting and counseling industry. Mentor Mpact has helped thousands of applicants globally, while ensuring that 95% of the applicants get through their dream schools (top 20 global schools).

Rashi pursued her MBA from the Indian School of Business, where she was amongst the youngest candidates in the batch. With keen interest in education, Rashi conceptualized a comprehensive career development services venture for students. She worked on the business plan through her MBA and this subsequently led her to establish Mentor Mpact. She continues to work closely with the ISB admissions committee in evaluating MBA applications and conducting interviews.

Rashi uses her extensive knowledge and experience to help candidates discover their strengths, package themselves in a unique way and help them make a compelling case for themselves. Her passion lies in helping students achieve their dreams and positively impacting the lives of each person she works with.
